01Service – UX Research
Research that transforms observations into evidence for designing superior products, services, and experiences.

The best decisions begin by understanding people.

We combine qualitative and quantitative research to understand behaviors, expectations, and opportunities. In-depth interviews, ethnography, usability testing, benchmarks, and data analysis all contribute to a single objective: delivering clear evidence for confident prioritization.

02 – What We Do

Each question necessitates distinct approaches to researching your audiences.

All our methodologies address a specific aspect of the problem and have been validated with the UX Alliance in large-scale projects.

When integrated, they enable a comprehensive understanding of human behavior from various perspectives, transforming this insight into actionable business decisions.

/01

Discovery

We identify needs and opportunities before design implementation.

/02

Usability

We observe interactions to enhance the user experience.

/05

Quantitative

We validate with statistical evidence to prioritize with confidence.

/06

Synthesis

We transform findings into clear and actionable opportunities.

/04

Benchmarks

We compare experiences and markets to identify trends.

/03

Ethnography

We investigate behavior within its context, including habits and decisions.

03 – Global Alliance

Research gains greater value when knowledge is shared.

Since 2009, we have been partners with UXalliance, the international network of independent UX consultancies. This partnership enables us to design and execute coordinated studies across various markets, utilizing consistent methodologies and local teams that understand the cultural context of each country.

We have participated in research for organizations such as Meta, Spotify, Google, Iberia, and other global companies, developing projects in Chile, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, and throughout the rest of the international network.

04 – Deliverables

Research generates knowledge. Value emerges when that knowledge facilitates decision-making.

Each study concludes with deliverables tailored for different organizational levels: product teams, business leaders, and decision-makers. The objective remains consistent: to transform evidence into a clear roadmap for confident progress.

05 - Next Step

Every organization accumulates data. Understanding people remains the competitive advantage.

UX research provides the context that indicators alone cannot reveal. This knowledge enables better prioritization, reduces uncertainty, and facilitates the design of experiences that generate value for both users and the business.
